Product Management Senior Manager- HIH - Evernorth

About the role

This is a senior leadership role at the Evernorth Hyderabad Office and sits within the Data, Digital and AI Portfolio for The Cigna Group. The successful candidate will lead teams spanning Product Management and Engagement Delivery, driving strategy, organizational effectiveness, execution, and business outcomes across platform, data, customer engagement, personalization, campaign, digital experience, and AI product portfolios.

What you'll do

• Strategy & Digital Leadership
• Drive implementation and adherence to product strategy across platform, data, customer engagement, personalization, digital experience, campaign
• Act as a strategic extension of US Product leadership, providing thought leadership on priorities, sequencing, tradeoffs, investments, and organizational capabilities
• Directly lead select high-priority initiatives and complex cross-functional efforts that require senior product leadership and executive alignment
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on product direction, customer needs, organizational priorities, and business value realization
