About the role

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional to manage plant maintenance, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and a maintenance team.

What you'll do

• Manage mechanical maintenance across press shop, CNC, machining, heat treatment, finishing and assembly
• Handle breakdown maintenance and minimize equipment downtime
• Manage preventive & predictive maintenance , machine history cards and maintenance schedules
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, presses, CNC/NC machines and plant utilities
• Monitor MTBF/MTTR , breakdown analysis and Why-Why/root cause analysis

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• Maintenance
• Preventive maintenance
• CNC operation
• TPM
• MS Office
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

Good to have

• 5S
• SOP writing
