About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards, coordinate material availability, and manage shop-floor operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC machine setting, tool changes, in-process quality control, rejection analysis, and team training.

What you'll do

• A. Production Planning and Coordination
• Coordinate with the Production In-charge regarding weekly production plans
• Follow up with Cold Forging, Press Shop, Heat Treatment, and Stores to ensure timely availability of child parts at the machines
• Report production shortfalls, machine breakdowns, and rejections to the Production In-charge, along with root causes and corrective actions
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team and CNC Programmer to resolve breakdowns, program-related issues, and machine-setting problems
