Deputy Manager - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting (Global Sourcing & Procurement)

About the role

We are seeking talented individual to join our GSP team part of our Marsh Corporate business at Marsh. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards to track procurement performance metrics, supplier performance, and cost savings initiatives. Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for process improvement.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards to track procurement performance metrics, supplier performance
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for process improvement
• Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to provide data-driven insights that support supplier selection, negotiation strategies, and contract management
• Conduct spend analysis to identify opportunities for consolidation, savings, and supplier optimization
