Deputy Manager - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting (Global Sourcing & Procurement)

About the role

We are seeking talented individual to join our GSP team part of our Marsh Corporate business at Marsh. Identify and implement best practices in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes. Utilize advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Excel) to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.

What you'll do

• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for process improvement
• Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders to inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to provide data-driven insights that support supplier selection, negotiation strategies, and contract management
• Conduct spend analysis to identify opportunities for consolidation, savings, and supplier optimization
• Identify and implement best practices in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes
