Deputy Manager - Project Finance

About the role

Undertake and manage the necessary due diligence and financial modeling, in the structuring of loans, equity investments, guarantees, B-loans or other forms of financial assistance. Responsible for creating security, compliances of terms and conditions including CPs etc. Debt servicing – timely payment of interest and instalments etc

What you'll do

• Review of financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis
• Work closely with the project development team to identify, analyze and execute the most optimum financing solution for projects
• Negotiating and finalizing crucial commercial & legal terms of lending with potential lenders
• Coordinating with Banks for Project appraisal and for
• Negotiating & finalizing term sheets with investors; coordinating the due diligence process
