About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will play a key part in building and strengthening our organization by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent.

What you'll do

• Play a key part in building and strengthening our organization by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize hiring processes
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation and pre-hire requirements are completed
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruitment team members on best practices and recruitment procedures
