• Training Program Development - Developing and designing training programs
• Training Needs Analysis - Identifying the training needs of employees within the region through assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback from various sources
• Curriculum Design - Creating and updating training curriculum, materials
• Evaluation and Assessment - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives through various assessment methods
