Deputy Marketing Manager – Urology & Critical Care (UCC) The Deputy Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sustainable growth of the Urology & Critical Care portfolio through strategic marketing, market development, product lifecycle management and commercial execution.

What you'll do

• Business & Portfolio Growth
• Support development and execution of annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Drive portfolio growth through market share gain, category creation, customer conversion and new customer acquisition
• Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments to guide strategic decision-making
