Job Description for Associate Vice President/ Deputy Vice President (Non Litigation)

What you'll do

• Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing borrowing / fund raising structures and documentation including loan, NCDs, sub-debt, masala bonds, external commercial borrowings
• Provide expert strategic legal advice on various aspects to Management. Ability to respond immediately with solution to a situation which is not ideal
• Coordinating with external lawyers for their appointments and managing cost
• Reviewing and vetting of all kind of agreements and documents
• Conduct research on specific matters

What you need
