About the role

We're looking for someone who has: LLB/LLM from a recognised institution. Opportunity to work with a leading financial services group Collaborative and growth-oriented environment

What you'll do

  • Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of Global Markets documentation including ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, Prime Brokerage and related agreements
  • Provide legal and regulatory advisory on derivatives, repo, securities lending and capital markets transactions
  • Drive documentation strategy and regulatory change initiatives across global jurisdictions including EMEA, US and Asia
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and support complex contract negotiations
