What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate Global Markets documentation including ISDA,CSA, CTA, GMRA, GMSLA, MSLA, and MSFTA agreements
• Provide legal and regulatory advisory on derivatives, securities financing transactions, and regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and FINRA
• Conduct legal risk assessments, collateral reviews, and netting analysis to support business objectives
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across AEJ, EMEA, and US regions
