Design & Planning Director

About the role

The Design and Planning Director will report to the Regional Vice President - Design Services, India & SWA for the execution of Technical Services within the assigned region maintaining the integrity of Hyatt’s Design Standards. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring that the Hotel Design Services Obligations are operated with compliance and integrity.

What you'll do

• Support Owners, Consultants and stakeholders in the design of hotel projects from our portfolio of Classics and Essentials Brands
• Overview drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure that the approved designs have been incorporated
• Work on refurbishment projects and provide design guidelines and advice to operating teams
• Evaluates potential projects via site visits or in design form to assess viability and compliance to brand structure
• Produce sketch drawings and CAD drawings in order to communicate with the Owner’s Consultants

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate
