About the role

In this role as Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA) processes, utilizing CAD Design Skills, particularly Creo software. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient and effective product design and development.

• Lead the design for manufacturing & assembly (dfma) initiatives within the organization
• Implement and optimize design processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support product development from concept to production
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement through dfma analysis
