About the role

The role will own the sales cycle from opportunity identification and solution positioning through techno-commercial negotiations, contract closure, handover to execution and collaborate with teams till the end of project cycle.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the international sales strategy for Solutions Business in assigned regions and markets
• Drive order intake, revenue, gross margin, and sales pipeline in line with annual business targets
• Identify and develop opportunities with end users, EPC contractors, consultants and strategic accounts, particularly across energy, utilities, infrastructure
• Lead solution-based selling, translating customer technical requirements into commercially competitive offerings
• Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, RFQ/tender review, bid strategy, pricing, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure
