What you'll do

• Drafting agreements for sale, conveyance deeds, MOU, lease deeds, leave and license agreement, rectification deeds and various general contracts and letters
• Reviewing title reports in relation to the projects
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders across strategy, leasing, business, design and registration teams
• Providing end to end support on document stamping and execution and coordinating on registration
• Updating standard documents from time to time as per policy and learnings

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
