Digital Marketing Expert (Google & LinkedIn Ads)

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketing expert who can independently plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive a qualified pipeline for our B2B SaaS platform. you'll own campaign strategy, budget allocation, targeting, creative testing, and reporting, working closely with our sales and content teams to turn ad spend into demo requests and sales-qualified leads.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) targeting B2B buyers in food, ingredients, and supply chain
• Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms) targeting specific job titles, industries
• Own keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy across both platforms
• Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets, reporting on spend efficiency and ROI
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, UTM structure, and attribution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and our CRM/analytics stack
