Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will lead efforts to drive high-quality traffic, increase conversion rates, and optimize return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

• Plan, create, and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, AMS (Amazon Ads), Flipkart Ads
• Lead performance marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, programmatic buying, affiliate marketing and Amazon ecosystem
• Allocate and optimize marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analyzing user behavior
• Work alongside the SEO team to ensure that all paid strategies align with organic search efforts and drive overall web traffic
