Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a highly motivated B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and demand through high-impact digital marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated digital campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert target audiences across key global markets, supporting both new business growth and the retention of existing customers.

What you'll do

• Help position Pontoon as an innovative, consultative partner while driving measurable awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue outcomes
• Partner with sales leaders to plan, execute, and optimize global and regional ABM campaigns across paid and organic channels, including LinkedIn and Outreach
• Analyze campaign performance, audience behaviour, and account engagement data to continuously improve results and maximize return on investment
• Collaborate with product lead, sales, and marketing teams to translate product value propositions into compelling market-facing campaigns
• Help communicate Pontoon's innovation agenda, including AI-enabled and agentic workforce solutions, through targeted digital and ABM programs
