Digital Product Specialist, Customer Content

As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the management and evolution of the enterprise Customer Content platform used across Thermo Fisher Scientific.

What you'll do

• Define and document comprehensive product requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure objectives remain aligned with broader company goals
• Partner with DCP team to guide and support the development process, providing direction, clarifications, and timely feedback
• Conduct thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that developed capabilities meet requirements and deliver a positive user experience
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of Marketing Content initiatives, providing regular reporting
