Digital Workplace Administrator

About the role

The administrator will work across IT teams, business stakeholders, and global users to maintain Microsoft 365 services, support messaging and collaboration platforms, automate administrative processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to service improvements. The role requires a proactive approach to operations, a strong automation mindset, and a commitment to service reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, improve Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams and related platforms
• Monitor and maintain mail filtering and unified communications services, including mail flow and related configurations
• Maintain secure configurations, policies, and access controls; monitor issues and address risks
• Troubleshoot service incidents and problems, contribute to change management, and maintain clear operational documentation
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online policies and integrations
