Director - Channel Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships, India to lead and scale our partner ecosystem across the region. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the partnership strategy that accelerates revenue growth, expands market reach, and strengthens our position in the SaaS ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Own and execute the India partnerships strategy, building a scalable ecosystem that accelerates revenue growth and market expansion
• Develop and manage executive relationships with strategic partners, including GSIs, SIs, cloud providers, technology partners, ISVs, and channel partners
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through joint business planning, co-sell initiatives, and strategic GTM programs
• Lead partner enablement by establishing onboarding, certification, and sales readiness programs that drive consistent execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Legal to maximize customer value and business impact
