About the role
The Director, Digital is responsible for leading Hyatt's digital marketing strategy, digital performance, website content, and hotel digital activation across India & SWA. The role is accountable for driving direct channel growth, improving digital marketing effectiveness, enhancing Hyatt.com performance, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes through best-in-class digital marketing practices.
What you'll do
- Digital Strategy & Performance
- Translate regional and global digital priorities into locally relevant digital initiatives that address market dynamics, customer behaviour and revenue opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve digital performance across customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention
- Develop annual digital roadmaps, priorities and KPIs that align digital investments with business objectives
- Provide strategic digital recommendations to the RVP Brand & Marketing and regional leadership based on performance insights and evolving market trends
