About the role

Qualified CA or CMA with 18+ years of experience is mandatory. Significant experience leading FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, or business finance functions. Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and profitability management. Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise FP&A and profitability for a growing tech services hub
• Partner directly with the CFO to shape business performance and growth
• Lead the FP&A function for the India organisation, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Partner with the CFO and business leaders to provide strategic financial insights and decision support
• Own business planning, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and enterprise budgeting
