*Bring a strong regional perspective to the development and execution of the global HR Shared Services strategy and roadmap *Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, culture, and workforce priorities *Support the evolution and maturity of the HR operating model within the region *Lead Tier 1 to Tier 3 HR Shared Service team members to deliver consistent, high-quality services aligned with the Global Service Catalogue and Standard Work

What you'll do

• Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, culture, and workforce priorities

• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of HR transactions and requests
• Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across the region

What you need
