Director Integrated Marketing

About the role

The Director, Integrated Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Hyatt's integrated, customer-facing marketing programs across India & SWA that drive awareness, demand and commercial performance across Hyatt's hotels, destinations and experiences.

What you'll do

• Build an annual marketing calendar that integrates key commercial moments including seasonal campaigns, destination promotions, Food & Beverage initiatives, weddings
• Translate business priorities into customer-centric marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, bookings and incremental revenue
• Identify opportunities to create scalable marketing platforms that can be leveraged across multiple hotels while remaining locally relevant
• Work closely with Commercial Services and hotel leadership to prioritise marketing investment based on business needs and market opportunities
• Seasonal Campaigns & Commercial Promotions
