Director - Investments

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investments team part of our People & Investments team at Marsh. This role will be based in Gurgaon This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

What you'll do

• Responsible for leading the global Performance CoD operating model, delivering centralised 24/5 operational support across performance measurement, attribution
• Working closely with Performance Regional SMEs, the Performance Change Lead and key business stakeholders
• Lead the global Performance CoD operating model, ensuring consistent and reliable 24/5 support across all supported performance processes and regions
• Own operational service delivery across: Performance measurement, Performance attribution, Ex-post risk, GIPS & FMPS oversight
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed internal and external SLAs, operational priorities and quality standards
