Director, Market Reputation

About the role

This role will lead the development and execution of an integrated India Market Reputation marketing strategy that strengthens Bain’s reputation, amplifies our thought leadership and supports Bain’s growth ambition in India. The strategy will align closely with Bain’s commercial priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy. Define and develop enabling initiatives aligned to firmwide and regional growth priorities
• Proactively collaborate with Practice Marketing, Account Marketing, and other Marketing functions to leverage strategic IP, insights, and assets
• Optimize program investment across channels and campaigns throughout the year, phasing spend and reallocating funds as priorities evolve to maximize impact
• Identify, prioritize, and project manage marketing campaigns and supporting activities
• Design campaign calendars integrating PR, digital and events
