About the role

The Director - Member Engagement & Strategy will closely work with President, IESA. As Director - Member Engagement & Strategy, you will own IESA’s membership growth and retention agenda, drive business development and lead strategic industry engagement at the highest levels.

What you'll do

Own and deliver IESA’s annual membership revenue targets - new acquisitions and renewals
Define and execute a membership growth strategy across existing and new segments including energy storage, EV, green hydrogen and adjacent sectors
Build and manage a senior-level pipeline of prospective members - from outreach to onboarding
Independently lead negotiations and close membership agreements with CXOs and senior decision makers
Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities aligned with IESA’s strategic priorities
