Director of RevOps (US-shift) - Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the VP of Revenue Operations (US-Shift). As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning, Customer Success strategy development, and process optimization.

What you'll do

• ◙ To execute revenue-focused strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• ◙ Develop and refine Customer Success strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market
• ◙ Design and implement performance matrices to track and analyze Customer Success team performance
• ◙ Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall Customer Success processes
• ◙ Oversee the CRM workflow, ensuring data accuracy and utilization to drive Customer Success effectiveness and customer engagement
