We are seeking an exceptional Director – Paid Social to drive enterprise-level strategic vision, oversee multi-million dollar portfolios, and lead transformational innovation across our paid social practice. This senior leadership role demands mastery of the paid social ecosystem, proven ability to shape organizational strategy, and a track record of building high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact at scale.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the overarching paid social strategy across the organization, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities
• Lead and mentor a team of Associate Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
• Own P&L responsibility for the paid social practice, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Cultivate and maintain C-suite and executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor on digital transformation and paid social innovation
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with platform leaders at Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest
