Director, Project Management

About the role

As a Director, Project Management, you will lead the strategic transition and transformation of core CIO functions, including infrastructure (on-prem & cloud), application management services, corporate services, agent care, and marketing technology—towards a vendor-managed delivery model.

What you'll do

• Lead the full lifecycle transition of CIO functional areas to a managed services vendor, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Execute and manage comprehensive transition plans including governance, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the vendor during transition phases
• Establish and manage robust operational governance, including performance metrics (SLAs/OLAs), risk controls, and issue escalation frameworks
• Monitor and report on vendor performance with a focus on transparency, accountability, and regulatory alignment
