A successful Director - R2R should have: Qualified finance professional (CA) Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a global environment Opportunity to lead a critical finance function at scale High visibility role with global exposure and stakeholder engagement Platform to drive transformation and innovation in finance operations

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale R2R operations and transformation initiatives
• Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including close, journals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Build and manage a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and leadership
• Oversee daily accounting operations ensuring quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across processes
