About the role

The Talent Acquisition Director leads recruitment initiatives to attract, engage, and hire talent aligned with organizational goals and culture. The role partners with business leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with workforce plans, diversity objectives, and employment compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Build, own and execute Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Lead and drive end-to-end Technology hiring across all levels and functions, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with business growth objectives
• While Technology hiring remains the primary focus, maintain the flexibility to support broader enterprise hiring initiatives as organizational priorities evolve
• Sourcing innovation and networks: create a proactive sourcing engine using communities, referrals, alumni networks, meetups, hackathons, niche platforms
• Employer brand and tech events: host and represent the company in Hyderabad technology events, meetups, tech talks, leadership roundtables
