You will ensure that every step of the process is efficient, scalable, complaint, and delivers outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, and new employees.

What you'll do

• Lead End-to-End Talent Supply Chain Delivery
• Own the operational delivery of the talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle
• Ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality execution from requisition approval through onboarding readiness
• Create a scalable operating model that enables the organization to meet its workforce demands efficiently and consistently
• Interview coordination and scheduling
