About the role

Check invoices against available records to identify the cause of a dispute. Highlight recurring invoice issues to help improve dispute handling. We're looking for someone who has: Experience in dispute management. Confidence reviewing invoices and related records. Comfort working with finance information and documentation.

What you'll do

• Review invoice disputes and gather the details needed to resolve them
• Record dispute details clearly to maintain accurate finance information
• Follow up on open invoice disputes and keep them moving towards resolution
• Work with relevant teams to clarify invoice-related queries
• Update dispute status and outcomes in the relevant systems
