What you'll do

• Lead a team of designers and provide expertise in improving the quality of designs and resolving critical design issues
• Manage and track the design releases. Communicate and update the design release to the various stake holders
• Monitor the implementation of DMLs at the production line
• Resolve line issues and extend support in order to improve the first Shot Ok
• Analyse the field failures and extend support to the designers for prevention

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• CATIA
• SolidWorks
• B.Tech or B.E.
