About the role

Conduct Village Survey and identify potential areas to develop business according to business requirements and the individual targets set on monthly and quarterly basis. Conduct meeting with respective village residents and provide awareness through financial literacy to source potential or prospective customers.

What you'll do

• Conduct Village Survey and identify potential areas to develop business according to business requirements and the individual targets set on monthly and quarterly basis
• Conduct meeting with respective village residents and provide awareness through financial literacy to source potential or prospective customers
• Ensuring proper execution of loan application screening process, credibility check, and quality evaluation as per the standard loan policies and procedures
• Providing proper orientation on loan processes and thorough communication about fees and interest rate, instalments
• Scheduling weekly plan for disbursing the loans and submit it to the respective Branch Manager
