Document Controller

About the role

The Document Controller is responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing robust document control systems to support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all project documentation is accurately recorded, organized, and distributed in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain, and oversee comprehensive document control systems tailored to infrastructure project needs
• Prepare and issue regular document control reports, including status updates on approvals, revisions, and distribution activities
• Ensure all project documents—including drawings, contracts, specifications, and reports—are accurately logged, stored, and distributed to relevant stakeholders
• Implement and enforce standardized document numbering, revision control, and filing procedures in alignment with organizational and client standards
• Manage and optimize Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to support efficient document retrieval, workflow processing, and information sharing
