Documentation Expert & Office Executive

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous, highly dependable, and organized **Documentation Expert & Office Executive** with a minimum of 4–5 years of experience in documentation, office administration, and operational support. The ideal candidate should have excellent MS Word and Excel skills, strong written English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage documentation and administrative tasks with complete ownership.

What you'll do

• Prepare, edit, format, and maintain office documents, reports, records, and operational documentation using MS Word
• Manage daily documentation and administrative workflows with complete ownership and accountability
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, data trackers, workflow logs, and operational records using MS Excel
• Accurately record instructions, track assigned tasks, and ensure timely completion without missing deadlines
• Handle email correspondence, office systems, and routine administrative activities
