Documentation Specialist

About the role

Access continuous learning, leadership development, and cross-portfolio opportunities through Vista’s global network — accelerating both technical and managerial career paths. We are looking for a Senior Documentation Specialist to own the customer-facing documentation experience for Amtech's ERP and MES products.

What you'll do

• Own the release notes process end to end — partner with Product and Engineering each release cycle to capture what changed, why it matters
• Audit existing content on a regular cadence; retire what is stale, rewrite what is unclear, and close gaps that show up in support tickets and customer feedback
• Define and improve the information architecture of the help center — how content is organized, searched, versioned, and navigated across product lines and releases
• Administer and improve the documentation toolchain and publishing workflow; recommend improvements to tooling, single-sourcing, and reuse
• Collaboration and subject-matter expertise
