About the role

MFR (Manage Financial Resources) Team Lead to provide leadership and delivery oversight for the Suncor Finance technology landscape. This role will serve as the primary point of accountability for support services, enhancement delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across SAP Finance, Tax, Treasury, Credit Management, Payments, Group Reporting, Hydrocarbon Accounting, and associated enterprise integrations.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP Finance application support and service delivery activities
• Own operational performance, SLA compliance, backlog management, and service health
• Provide governance over incidents, service requests, enhancements, and project deliveries
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business and IT performance
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams
