DVP - Micro LAP Strategy - Leading NBFC

About the role

A successful Strategy - Micro Lap should have: 8 - 15 years of experience in secured Micro LAP / affordable finance products, with strong exposure to product strategy and business management. Proven ability to scale products, drive profitability, and manage cross-functional stakeholders. MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the overall product strategy and growth roadmap for the Micro LAP business
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive positioning to strengthen portfolio growth
• Work closely with Credit, Risk, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams to drive scalable execution
• Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, asset quality, and customer experience metrics
• Drive partnerships, distribution strategies, and new channel development for business expansion
