About the role

This role includes content development, Storyline and video editing, LMS administration, stakeholder training/support, and contributing to team initiatives and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Research and develop engaging content for PrismHR, PrismHCM, and new platforms
  • Create knowledge-check questions to ensure comprehension and retention
  • Conduct content reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
  • Maintain documentation of content (development status, description, length, upload date, annual enrollments)
  • Edit video content (sound checks, remove vocal errors)
