About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support, manage key priorities, and ensure smooth coordination across business functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, manage executive schedules, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support business operations and strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes (MOMs), and action trackers
• Manage emails, correspondence, and follow-ups, ensuring important matters receive timely attention
• Conduct research, compile information, and prepare briefing notes to support decision-making
