About the role

The ideal candidate is a curious out-of-the-box thinker with an eye for detail and having a mix of research and data analytics skills. A self-starter with a passion for environmental and social issues and having a strong interest in corporate behavior and financial markets.

What you'll do

• § Perform detailed Environmental and Social (E&S) risk analysis and maturity assessment on clients according to bank’s policies and regulatory requirements
• § Prepare insightful analytical reports based on proprietary methodology and effectively convey the analysis
• § Build expertise and further develop databases and portfolio analytics for a more efficient process
• § Liaise with IT development teams to enhance the ESG tools and workflow systems, maintain AI prompt library
• § Engage in enhancing team productivity

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience

• B.Com or BBA or MBA
