About the role

The Manager of Emerging Talent, will be a pivotal leadership role responsible for architecting and executing the strategic new talent pipeline for DNEG Animation in India. This role is focused on securing the future workforce by managing initiatives from initial school and university outreach, through emerging talent programs like Greenlight (extensive training for freshers), and in-studio initiatives such as internships. .

What you'll do

• Collaborate and build relationships with academies in India to create a talent pipeline for Greenlight training programs and various departments
• Lead and manage outreach and India crew training projects, such as Greenlight and Top Gun (elite training for experienced animators)

• Working in tandem with the Head of Outreach in the west to implement an ambassador program for India
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Heads of Department (HODs), Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, and leadership
