About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Product Head. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with key accounts.

What you'll do

• Driving sales within branches
• Coaching sales team and providing leadership towards responsible growth (the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company culture and values)
• Establishing business plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory, to gain market share
• Execution, and continuous monitoring of an action plan for self as well as by team for effective search of business opportunities
• Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets

What you need
