About the role
Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > ECM / BOM / EAM We deliver ECM and BoM of the products from NPI to Serial production. We create and case-handle production change notice and tooling change notice with close collaborations with global process teams, R&D, purchase and factories. We update p-BoM and o-BoM , create routings and make sure the BoM is available well before production start either in NPI phase or Tech Transfer and serial production.
What you'll do
- Creation and update of P-BOM / C-BOM / O- BOM throughout product lifecycle
- Creation and update of Routings throughout product lifecycle
- Execute MSI extension to plants & creation of Tech Transfer MSI BOM & BOD
- Update O BOM Quarterly for Group Costing activity
- Creation & Case handling Production CN for both NPI and serial production
What you need
- 3–5 yrs of experience
- SAP
- Six Sigma
- Costing
- B.Tech or B.E.
Good to have
- Power BI
