EHS Executive

About the role

Responsible for EHS implementation as per SIEMENS ENERGY INDIA LIMITED requirement. Support the Factory Management in maintaining an effective EHS Management System with processes for effective planning, organization, control, monitoring, review, and maintenance of the preventive and corrective measures.

What you'll do

• Support the Factory Management in maintaining an effective EHS Management System with processes for effective planning, organization, control, monitoring, review
• Ensure implementation of SEIL EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reporting system (EHS dashboards
• Ensure compliance of all applicable requirements and fulfilling the statutory requirements. Timely submission of data to statutory bodies (MPCB, CPCB, DISH
• Drive the EHS implementation, organize and conduct monthly Safety round and meeting with Factory EHS, Factory team, and Factory Manager
• Identify near misses, unsafe acts (UA) & unsafe conditions (UC) and ensure corrective / preventive actions. Analyze UA/UC trends for underlying issues

What you need
